MAKING A PURCHASE
Purchase could not be easier. Enter the
Shopping section. Click on any items you want to buy, and put them in
the shopping cart. After you have finished choosing, click on checkout and you
will be asked for your delivery and payment details.

WAYS OF PAYING
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and
make no additional charge for credit card payments. If you prefer you can
give us your credit card details over the phone on 01902 448 158.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to Your Aromatherapy,
simply send your order and cheque or postal order to our address (see
above).
WEBSITE SECURITY
Be reassured that we treat all your personal information very carefully, as if
it were our own. All credit card numbers are encrypted in our shopping
catalogue software when the order is place using 128 bit encryption. They are
only decrypted after they reach our computer and to make double sure our entire
web site sits on a fully secure SSL serve. We know of no documented cases of
fraud using this system over the Internet. Contact our customer service team is

DELIVERY
We use Parcel Force to make our deliveries. Deliveries will normally be made
within 7 - 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will send an e-mail to
let you know your order has been despatched, and when to expect it. One or two
items are made to order, and delivery on these items will take up to 28 days to
deliver, these items are clearly marked in the shopping section.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We are very experienced in sending our games overseas. Simply choose your
country when prompted to and your Postage and Packaging costs are automatically
worked out for you. If your country does not appear in the choices available,
please email us and we'd be
happy to calculate your delivery costs.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally some items may be out of stock for a short time. If your item is
not in stock, we will process your order as soon as stock becomes available. We
will though e-mail you to advise you and you have the option to cancel the
order if you would rather not wait.
