Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment, including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping And Handling
Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the order value when you enter your payment details.

Sorry but we do not usually deliver goods to an address other than the cardholders billing address. If you wish to make special delivery arrangements then either telephone 01902 448 158 (International customers call: 44 1902 448 158) or e-mail us mail@YourAromatherapy.co.uk.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, outside the UK please select type of shipping required.

If you find we currently do not ship to your country please e-mail us at mail@YourAromatherapy.co.uk and we will add it to the list of available countries.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow upto 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.

Guarantee
Your Aromatherapy would like to guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.

We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.
