Your Aromatherapy want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not happy for any reason, we offer an unrivalled 90 day no quibble return and refund guarantee.

Simply contact us using the form on this page with your order number stating what you would like to return and why.

We will respond with our returns address and return ID to include on your address label.  We just ask that whatever you are returning is unused, with its original packaging and in good-as-new condition.  That’s it!

Our shop is popular and some aromatherapy products fly off our shelves!  If there is a product currently out of stock please use the contact form on this page to enquire about its future availability.

Almost everything we sell we can buy in again from our suppliers, so please feel free to ask about anything on or not on our website!

We are a UK business serving UK customers exclusively.  You can have your order posted to an alternative address, perhaps your place of work or a gift for a loved one.  Simply fill in the different shipping address during checkout.

To protect you and ourselves from fraud, if your order is over a certain amount and you would like it posting to an address that differs from your billing address we may give you a quick phone call to double check your order.
