A majestic evergreen from Morocco. Cedarwood is a beautiful fragrant tree which is slow growing and with brown cones.

A complicated scent with a dry, woody scent, reminiscent of Sandalwood by a little dryer. Sweet, balsamic undertones give the oil a useful twist for burning or blending with other essential oils.

Cedarwood is a grounding oil which creates the perfect environment to relax and unwind after a hard day.

Skin

Atlas Cedarwood essential oil has antiseptic and antipruritic (anti-itch) properties which can be helpful for eczema, dermatitis and scalp problems. It also has astringent properties which can be of use in treating acne, oily skin and dandruff.

A fortifying and calming effect on the mind which can be useful for those with nervous disorders.

Body

Cedarwood essential oil is beneficial for respiratory problems such as chronic coughs and bronchitis as it can help to loosen and clear mucus. Its antiseptic properties are useful for urinary tract infections. It is also thought to be a gentle, yet effective circulatory and lymphatic stimulant – helping with fluid retention and cellulite.
