Yes!  Without getting too techy we use high levels of encryption for all of your information – that’s why our web address shows in your browser with a little padlock.

We do not store your payment details, instead we partner with PayPal who offer our customers a safe and convenient way of paying securely online.

Wherever possible we use recycled packaging materials.  We care deeply about our environment and will always seek to be judicious with our packing – enough to keep your products safe but not too much!

Within the UK our P&P costs are the same for all orders up to £50, and completely free for orders over £50… after all if you are trusting us to buy our wonderful aromatherapy products you deserve free shipping!

For particularly large orders that require a different type of courier we will discuss the options with you before asking you to complete your purchase.

We offer an industry-leading 90 day no-quibble returns policy!

Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and you can return the products to us unused and in a resellable condition, we will refund your purchase no questions asked.

We understand that some purchases are impulsive, or perhaps you order what you want without checking your bank balance first (definitely a weakness of mine!) so shop at Your Aromatherapy with complete confidence!

We’ve tried to make our online shop as simple and easy to use as possible.

If you are buying more than one item simply browse our aromatherapy products until you find what you are looking for, click on the Add to Basket button and continue shopping until you are ready to pay.

At any time you can click on your Shopping Cart (basket) in the top right hand corner of the web page – this will show you what you have ordered, from there you can either click on the PayPal button or go through our Checkout page.

If you are just buying the one item, you can click on the PayPal or Debit / Credit card button on the products own page.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You have placed an order through our online shop and completed payment via PayPal, what happens now?

We will process your order as quickly as possible and send it to your delivery address – this is usually the same as your billing address unless you specified otherwise.

Rest assured we will not take the PayPal money until we ship your order.

 

Your Aromatherapy offer an industry-leading no quibble 90 day refunds policy!

As long as you can return the products to us unused and in a resellable condition, we will refund your complete purchase on receipt – make sure you use tracked delivery so we all have proof of your return!

In the unlikely event that a product we send you is substandard, we will also refund your return postage costs.

If you want to cancel an order before it is posted to you, let us know and we will refund your purchase immediately.

Simply contact us for a return address label, cellotape it to the outside of your package and send it by tracked delivery – it’s always best to have proof of postage and delivery for the avoidance of doubt.

We’ll check the returned products on arrival, and if they are unused and in a resellable condition we will refund your purchase immediately.

Yes!  PayPal offer a safe and secure way to enter your debit / credit card details online to pay for your order… and all without a PayPal account!

If you are ordering for a business, therapists centre or hospice simply contact us with your requirements and we can send you a proforma invoice.
