No Quibble 100-Day Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes we order stuff on impulse, order too much or the put the wrong item in our shopping baskets.  Occasionally a product isn’t the one you’re looking for.

With that in mind we offer an industry best 100 day no quibble return & refund policy, set out below.

Return & Refunds - The Small Print

  • You can return all or part of your order within 100 days of purchase
  • Your return can be for a complete refund less original shipping costs (if any) or an exchange at no extra cost
  • You must pay the return postage – this is especially important: we always recommend recorded, signed for or tracked to ensure that you have evidence of completing your return.  Unfortunately we cannot process returns that go missing in the post.
  • Include your original order number, name & full address so we can find the correct order to refund
  • Let us know why you are making a return – we are always open to advice & suggestions on how we can make our products & your shopping experience better
  • Your refund will be via the original means of payment
  • Refunds are typically completed our end within 24 hours of receiving your package.  The bank or service you originally used to make your payment can take up to 3 days to action our refund request, but it is usually pretty quick
