We offer all of our UK customers an unrivalled 100 day no-quibble returns & refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  This is especially true for perishable items such as candles, oils, creams & bases.

Please make sure you send using tracked or signed for service; we unfortunately cannot process a return that does not reach us.

We do not accept returns for personalised items.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, however please be aware that your bank or payment service may take a few days to process the refund at their end.  Refunds are made to the card or service you made the original payment with.

Shipping returns

To return your product please contact us first for a returns address & returns number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
